Juan Carlos Donado, Ph.D.
Juan Carlos Donado (Bogotá, 1980) is a Colombian-American artist, writer, entrepreneur, and educator. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the New School For Social Research. His fiction was been awarded in Spain and his essays have been published in academic journals in the United States. Along with his wife Anna Leigh, he founded Goose Grease, designing and painting wooden dolls sold all around the world. Based in Brooklyn, NY since 2011, Goose Grease has grown to serve some 150 students per week. The series Limited Entertainment is a critique of the spectacular-industrial complex.
